1. Introduction
Welcome to C L Beauty. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by C L Beauty, operated by Chelsea Rogers in Oswestry. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms.
C L Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that appointment.
2. Bookings & Appointments
When you make a booking, it will be automatically confirmed. However, C L Beauty reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet our policies or requirements. If a booking is declined, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients, and the full price will still apply.
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment can go ahead. If a consultation form is required, you will be asked to complete it in advance. Appointments may not proceed without a completed consultation form.
3. Patch Tests & Consultations
Certain treatments require a patch test or consultation to be carried out before the service can take place. This is for your safety and wellbeing. It is your responsibility to attend any required patch test at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or as advised.
If a patch test or consultation reveals that a treatment is not suitable for you, C L Beauty reserves the right to refuse the service. This is done with your safety in mind and no liability will be accepted for any reaction resulting from undisclosed information.
You must provide accurate and honest information on all consultation forms. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or other important information may result in your treatment being refused or may affect your results.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice. This allows the appointment slot to be offered to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice (a 'no-show'), C L Beauty reserves the right to charge the full treatment price and may require a booking fee for any future appointments.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are correct at the time of booking. C L Beauty reserves the right to amend prices at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the previous price.
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. Please ensure you are prepared to pay using one of these methods upon completion of your treatment.
6. Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. At the end of every appointment, you will be asked whether you are happy with the results. This is your opportunity to raise any concerns and request adjustments or changes before you leave.
Once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the completed service, or have left the appointment without raising any concerns, no refunds will be issued. We strongly encourage you to speak up at the time of your appointment so we can address anything before you go.
7. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
C L Beauty takes your health and safety seriously. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform us before your appointment. This information will be kept confidential and is used solely to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable.
C L Beauty reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment at any time if there is a concern about your health, safety or wellbeing, or if it becomes apparent that important information has not been disclosed.
8. Aftercare
Where applicable, aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow any aftercare instructions given. C L Beauty cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Any personal information you provide to C L Beauty will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your information will only be used for the purposes of providing your treatments, managing your bookings and communicating with you about your appointments.
Your personal data, including consultation form details, will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
10. Liability
C L Beauty holds appropriate insurance for all treatments provided. However, C L Beauty will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injury or dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, failure to follow pre-treatment or aftercare advice, or failure to attend required patch tests or consultations.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have provided complete and accurate information and accept responsibility for following all advice given before, during and after your treatment.
11. Your Agreement
